Happy New Year!  We just wanted to let you know that we appreciated your thoughtfulness in dropping off the holiday fudge.  We made it and it turned out wonderfully. That was a really neat gift - well received by the boys, too.  You can count on us to always be on the lookout for leads for you.

Leigh is ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!! (and we really mean it). She is the most knowledgeable and informative real estate person I’ve ever met. We were driving around for three full hours (on top of the couple of hours my husband spent with her the day before) and she showed us many different neighborhoods as well as the downtown area. She pretty much kept a running dialogue the whole time, telling us about the area, the housing, the history, the initiatives for changes, etc.   It’s great because she knows so much, so we really got a good picture of the area, not just how it is now, but how it is going to be in the next few years (which is also important when you are moving to a new city).  We saw several neighborhoods that I think would work out well for us.

Thanks for all your help in selling my house and helping me make some decisions! I admire your knowledge of real estate and I really appreciate your “training” and being there for me during the “Stressful” times

It was a very stressful experience as the houses in the area that we were interested were in such demand that they would often have multiple bids in a day. We trusted her judgement and advice greatly. She was most reliable. She was most knowledge about just about everything relating to houses, the housing market, loans, housing repairs, neighborhoods, etc. SHE WAS THE BEST!

I simply can't say enough good things about Leigh and Kate. Both ladies were more than helpful throughout this process, every time I reached out to them I was quick to hear back which is important to me as a customer. They were both direct with their suggestions, whether I want to hear them or not, lol, and they were always correct. I guess they know their job? ?? George and I so appreciate your willingness to picture what could be, shop, kick butt, follow up, and play gracious hostess at the open house.  Needless to say, we are thrilled with the outcome.  We hope the other unit owners will decide to have you do some magic in their units and then get them sold quickly as well! 

There are a lot of good people. There are a few great Real Estate agents. Leigh is in a class all by herself (good and great). Dedicated, committed (in the best sense of the word) and wise, choose well and choose Leigh. Though I am not running for office, I stand by this message
