And by affordable, we're probably talking less than $250,000 in RVA!

Kate and I have sold a number of homes to 1st time buyers because we believe in them. They are the "amoeba" of the housing food chain. When they buy their 1st home, that owner can then buy their 2nd home, and that owner can buy their 3rd home. Get the picture??

It's hard to find decent housing under $150,000 - but we have managed to find it! You have to be quick, and you have to be willing to look outside of the box - but they are out there - and we're good at finding them!

So... send us you 1st time buyers and also investors - we'll get them in a home!

At breakfast today, my husband and I were talking about how great it is to live in Richmond and in Va. We just seem to be blessed.

The catalyst for the conversation was Amazon's announcement that they are coming to NOVA with 25,000 really good jobs.

And then, I open up my news links and find this article about our really low unemployment rate. WOW - we are blessed!
