New Affordable Houses in RVA

Affordable New Housing in RVA - isn't something we hear much about.

HH Hunt is at least making a start, but wouldn't it be wonderful if we could have

New homes
That aren't townhouses or postage stamped sized condos
Are located in popular areas and
Cost what many first-time buyers want to pay

I guess it's a dream - but at least this is a start.

If they are successful, maybe they'll put them up elsewhere, possibly downsize a bit, make them a little less glitzy and delete the garage - then we'd be talking maybe low $300,000 range?

Still pricey but at least more affordable.
